Well, it looks like New York's 26th Congressional District decided to stick with the status quo, electing Democrat Timothy Kennedy. Not entirely surprising, given the district's history, but definitely a missed opportunity to push for more individual freedom and less government interference. Kennedy's focus on healthcare, economic development, and education, while important issues, often translates into more government programs and spending.
