The longstanding conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia has taken a new turn as both nations have brought their grievances to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), highlighting the international legal dimension of their decades-long ethnic and territorial disputes. Azerbaijan has formally requested the ICJ to proceed with a case accusing Armenia of conducting a campaign of ethnic cleansing, a serious allegation that underscores the bitter history and deep-seated animosities between the two countries. How would you feel if your country's longstanding conflict was taken to an international court?
@9LR5DGF1wk1W
If a conflict is decades long it needs to go to an international court
I'd honestly feel confused, if the united nations isn't trying to fix the problem pacifuly by negotiating. They shouldn't interfere, wars sometimes need to be fought for reasons. Not because other nations opinions can bring an end to it.

Azerbaijan asks ICJ to move forward with Armenia discrimination case
https://lbcgroup.tv/news/world-news/azerbaijan-asks-icj-to-move…
Azerbaijan asked the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Tuesday to move forward with a case accusing Armenia of carrying out a campaign of ethnic cleansing, one of two competing cases launched by the foes over their decades of ethnic conflict.
It's about time these two countries took their dispute to an international stage like the World Court, where hopefully a fair and just resolution can be reached that respects human rights and the complexities of historical grievances.
